Full Journal pdf2004-04-28 House Journal Page 3602 HB 533 The following, which was on the April 27, 2004, calendar and not taken up (page 3562), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 533(JUD) "An Act relating to the state's administrative procedures and to judicial oversight of administrative matters." Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Weyhrauch was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 533(JUD) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 533(JUD) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 34 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 4 2004-04-28 House Journal Page 3603 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Kapsner Absent: Gara, Joule, Masek, Moses And so, CSHB 533(JUD) passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. **The voting record was changed to reflect that Representative Croft was excused (page 3603).
